Mrs. Heather Higgins is the wife of Pastor Dennis Higgins Jr. and the mother of Jackson, Riley, Hayden, Ireland, & Selah. Heather and Pastor have been called to minister and to reach the lost in the Northeast. They have faithfully served in the Philadelphia area for over 22 years.

Heather enjoys serving the Lord with her family, singing, playing the piano, organizing special music, teaching God’s Word, & being her husband’s secretary. She developed a heart for ministry at a young age, which is evident by the way she expresses Christ’s love and kindness towards everyone she meets. She is always present with a listening ear, a word of encouragement, an offer to help, and Godly counsel. She is also a hard worker, and you’ll often find her behind the scenes in a true example of servant leadership. What beauty she has brought to God’s house through her many talents, and the ladies of Grace feel very blessed to have her as their pastor’s wife. Above all things, Heather wants nothing more than to be a testimony for Christ, to be used of Him,  and to live a life that pleases Him.

Janelle was blessed to be born into a Christian family and she trusted Christ as her Savior at a young age.  She is the wife of Randy Dignan, pastor of Bible Baptist Church in Jacksonville, AR.  They have been married for 29 years and have 4 children, Briella, Rayana, Grant and Clara and  one grand baby, Brighten. Although Janelle’s husband is hearing, much of his family is Deaf going back five generations.  This has allowed them a ministry to the Deaf.  Janelle has become fluent in sign language along with their four children.  She helps interpret for the deaf.

Janelle has been involved in many different ministries in their church, some of which are teaching Sunday school classes, teaching and discipling ladies through the years, singing in the choir and for special music, watching the nursery and anything else that she can help out with.  

Janelle loves the ministry but her favorite ministry has been supporting her husband and raising her four children.

Shannon Reed was born and raised in a Christian home in Philadelphia, where she was taught to love and serve the Lord by her ministry parents, Pastor Dennis and Beth Higgins. After watching the film “The Thief in the Night” at the age of six, Shannon realized she was a sinner in need of salvation and trusted Jesus to be her Savior.

Shannon and her college sweetheart, Jay Reed, have been married since 1995, and God has blessed them with six children—the youngest was called home to be with Jesus in 2013, teaching the Reeds to truly trust God every step of the way. Shannon served in the ministry alongside her husband for fourteen years as an assistant pastor’s wife and then for the past sixteen years as the pastor’s wife at Peachtree Road Baptist Church in Suwanee, Georgia

Rayana Higgins grew up in a Christian home and was saved at the age of 4. She is the daughter of Pastor Randy and Mrs. Janelle Dignan. Growing up with deaf grandparents, uncles, aunts, and cousins, she became fluent in American Sign Language. As a pastor’s daughter, she has been involved in many ministries including traveling and singing across the country with her family as her dad preached at numerous teen, deaf conferences, and church revivals. She was recently married to her love, Jackson Higgins this past summer.

Rayana enjoys photography, sports, singing, playing piano, anything involving ministry and church and spending time with family and her church family.

Her favorite thing in the world is serving the Lord alongside her new husband as they work with the youth at Grace Independent Baptist Church!

Briella was born into a Pastor’s family and was saved when she was 4 years old. She grew up traveling all over the country singing with her family as her dad preached.

When Brielle graduated from high school, she took online classes and graduated with a bachelors in English and Bible. During this time, she continued to serve at her church. Now she is happily married to Andy Moore, and they have one beautiful daughter named Brighten!

Briella loves serving the Lord with her husband at their church in Arkansas where she helps to interpret for the deaf, sing specials, host lady's get together and many other things! Her favorite ministry though is being a wife and mother. She is so thankful to be living her dream of serving the Lord with her family.
